By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at  cosmeticsreet@gmail.com.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use any card(s) or another payment method in connection with any Purchase;
• The information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We may employ the use of third-party services for facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including product or service availability, errors in description/price, error in your order, or if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (“Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or REET cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting info@reetcosmetics.com customer support team.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. Should automatic billing fail for any reason, REET reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.

REET may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for Free Trial. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees. At any time and without notice, REET reserves the right to modify Terms of Service of Free Trial offer, or cancel such Free Trial offer.

REET in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. REET will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

We endeavour to provide the best quality products every single time you order with us. We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality, freshness or physical condition of the product. At the time of delivery, we will take the returned product back with us and if already paid the corresponding value would be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used at purchase, or as a voucher.

After delivery, the amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment or via voucher to your account which can be used for subsequent purchases. Products once sold and delivered to you, shall be eligible for return only if the product condition is found to be damaged, broken, faulty or different from the ordered one. We do not make any cash refunds for online purchases. In case of prepaid orders, if any part of it remains short delivered due to some reason, corresponding value would be refunded through the same mode of payment or voucher. The amount will be refunded between next working day depending upon mode of payment.

The content found on or through this Service are the property of REET or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use Service in any way that violates any applicable law, to exploit minors, transmit spam, impersonate others, or engage in any activity that harms or disables Service. Additionally, you agree not to use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, introduce malicious software, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. The Service is intended only for individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using Service, you warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of REET and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Copyright Infringement Claims: If you believe that any Content on Service infringes your copyright, please submit a claim via email to info@reetcosmetics.com with subject line “Copyright Infringement” including a detailed description of the alleged infringement, URL, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief. We respect intellectual property rights of others.

You may provide us with feedback concerning errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, or complaints. You acknowledge that we may freely use any Feedback without any obligation to you. By submitting Feedback, you grant us an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge right to use it in any manner.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by REET. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We strongly advise you to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. REET makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REET disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Except as prohibited by law, in no event shall REET, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for products and/or services. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of Terms. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

No waiver by REET of any term shall be deemed a further waiver, and if any provision of Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. By using Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them.
